- a description of the SIA’s current tariffs or allowances

The SIA’s requirements for its next contract
Give details of the:
- planned budget

- estimated total number of SIMs (voice and data; data only)
- distribution of SIMs across networks (for example: 50 on Vodafone, 100 on EE)
- required UK tariffs or allowances and both EU and rest of world roaming bundles
- total number of mobile device management licences
- total number of mobile lifecycle management subscriptions
- total number and types of Microsoft 365 licences
- total fund for mobile devices

The SIA holds some of this information. Our responses are below.
The SIA’s current mobile, voice and data services
- The SIA’s total number of active SIMs is: circa 180.
- The SIA’s current tariffs or allowances are: unlimited data and minutes shared data allowance aggregated 3 gigabites per user average.
- The SIA’s current service providers are: EE, O2, and Vodafone.
The SIA’s requirements for its next contract
The SIA is currently in contract and no business planning activities for its next contract are currently underway.
Managed IT services
Some of our IT services are managed in-house while some are managed by our technology partner, Version 1. The contract is not managed by the same member of staff at the SIA. Our telecoms remote worker broadband is provided by BT.
Contract review
We plan to review our contract 6 months before it expires. The contract expires on 31 May 2026.
