Details of the SIA's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy

Please provide the following information for each of the following financial years: 2021 to 2022; 2022 to 2023, and 2023 to 2024:

  • total number of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) staff employed for each financial year
  • a breakdown of the staff employed including the job titles and the pay band associated with each role

The SIA does hold this information.

For all of the financial years requested from 2021 to 2024, the SIA did not, and currently does not, have any specific EDI job roles.

The SIA does have an EDI strategy for 2023 to 2026 which is overseen, tracked, and championed by our EDI committee. The EDI Committee is chaired by a senior executive, with representatives from our senior leadership team and staff networks. The committee reports into our board through our People Committee. Issues, progress, and results will be discussed at board, director, and senior leadership levels, and in the staff networks and the Network Leaders’ Forum.
