Updated 'DESNZ ministerial meetings, October to December 2025'. Minister Shanks did not attend the meeting which was recorded on the transparency data - 31/10/2026 OIES (Oxford Institute for Energy Studies) Discussion on Russian gas market fundamentals. This meeting has now been removed from the data.
