of references to standards for cosmetic products in support of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products as it has effect in domestic law (Regulation 1223/2009)
This notice confirms that the references to standards listed in Annex I to this notice are published for the purposes of Article 2(3) of Regulation 1223/2009 and accordingly are designated pursuant to that Article in relation to England and Wales and Scotland.
