Details

The project aims to improve UK Competition Network (UKCN) members’ understanding of the selection, design, testing and evaluation of demand-side remedies.

The documents were used to provide context to a case study exercise carried out by attendees of the third UKCN workshop. They summarise some of the lessons learned in previous workshops concerning the design, selection and testing of remedies.

They also provide an update on Ofcom’s review of the market for customers who purchase their landline on its own and/or separately from other services (broadband for example).
