The 2018 survey results comprise the engagement index, and the following themes:

• my manager
• my team
• organisational objectives and purpose
• learning and development
• inclusion and fair treatment
• pay and benefits
• resources and workload

In addition, there are results for organisational culture, wellbeing, bullying and harassment and discrimination.
