The Delivering Differently programme is designed to help local authorities find and implement new, innovative delivery models for local services.
To help senior officers consider how their services and users might benefit from alternative delivery models, PA Consulting will host a workshop on 21 January 2014. This is open to all authorities.
As well as providing an overview of the range of models that can be used, including the associated opportunities and risks, attendees will be able to meet and discuss with leaders of organisations that have already adopted different delivery models to provide local authority services.
The workshop will be particularly useful for those intending to apply to the Challenge fund. Further information on next steps will be shared, and attendees will be able to ask questions about the application process and the nature of the support offer.
