This publication sets out where the department is, where it needs to get to, and what it is doing to ensure it gets there. The plan is based around the four critical themes of organisational effectiveness:
- performance
- efficiency and innovation
- strategic direction
- leadership of change
Our plan is owned by our board, and is part of a series of implementation plans for the different workstreams in our strategic alignment portfolio. The table of metrics sets out how frequently we will review these – in most cases, annually.
