Land Charges form K5 – Deed of Arrangement has been withdrawn following the repeal of the Deeds of Arrangement Act 1914. As from 1 October 2015 it is no longer possible to register a new deed of arrangement.

Background

The Deeds of Arrangement Act 1914 has been repealed by virtue of paragraphs 1-3 of Schedule 6 to the Deregulation Act 2015). The relevant provisions relating to Deeds of Arrangement are in force as from 1 October 2015 (by virtue of paragraph 2(e) of The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2015 (SI 2015/1732)).
