Decision:
This operator’s licence is revoked with immediate effect on findings in accordance with Section 26 (1) (b), (e) and (h) (in respect of both fitness and sufficiency of financial resources) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995.
I disqualify Arrow Mixed Concrete Ltd and Ms Stacey Jackson from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for an indeterminate period.
