The Eighth Statement of New Regulation (SNR8) covers regulations coming into force between 1 July 2014 and 31 December 2014.The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) published SNR8 on 9 July 2014. DECC is publishing this document to give more details of the One In Two Out (OITO), EU and Red Tape Challenge measures the Department intends to introduce in the second half of 2014.
