DE74 2SA, East Midlands International Airport Limited: Environmental Agency led permit variation advertisement

This Environment Agency led permit variation is to add a condition to ensure that the discharge to the River Trent, so far as is reasonably practicable, does not have a significant adverse visible effect on the receiving water, the bed of the watercourse or any plants or animals within the watercourse. Additional reporting parameters will also be included in the permit and the format of the permit will be modernised to an Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 permit format. This will enable us to regulate the discharge better to prevent environmental harm.
