Day’s Lock.
Details
From 9am 20 May 2025 Day’s Lock will be operated at one hour intervals until further notice.
The lock will complete one full cycle (allowing both upstream and downstream passage), before starting another cycle on the next hour.
This restriction applies during usual Lock and Weir Keeper hours, subject to staffing levels. The lock will be closed outside of the stated hours and when staffing is not available.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this restriction causes and thank you for your patience during this time. The lock will return to normal operation when conditions allow.
