Details of the application
David Thomas has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 19/55/12/0788 which authorises the abstraction of water from the River Lugg near Wharton between National Grid References (NGRs) SO 501 595 and SO 508 585.
The variation applied for is to temporarily change the abstraction reach to the following:

Between NGRs SO 51202 56691 and SO 51232 56008, River Lugg.

The variation is for 01 April to 30 September 2023 only.
