The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by David Davies T/A Wem Daves Transport with effect from 00:01 on 20 July 2018
  • disqualify David Davies for a period of 3 years from 00:01 on 20 July 2018 from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence

The decision was made on 19 June 2018.
