David Armstrong Farms Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 4/30/09/*S/0129 which authorises the abstraction of water from the South Delph drain between National Grid References TF 09060 70920 and TF 10000 70230 and between TF 10180 70110 and TF 10350 69970 and from the Branston Sewer Drain between National Grid References TF 07690 69120 and TF 09950 70220 near Bardney, Lincolnshire.

The variation applied for is to authorise abstraction from an additional point at Heighington Pumping Station on the South Delph drain at National Grid Reference TF 07114 71507 and from the Black Fen Lane Drain between National Grid References TF 05916 69663 and TF 07933 70908.
