Supporting documents relating to the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 introduced to Parliament on 23 October 2024. The Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC) rated the DUA bill October 2024 impact assessment as fit-for-purpose. RPC have not reviewed the enactment impact assessment.
