Details

A request was made for information about the Dart Charge payments system, including the date that the Dart Charge system contract runs to; revenue for January 2015 and February 2015, including volume of traffic and how revenue compares to January 2014 and February 2014; the percentage of non-payers and the types of vehicle which tend to avoid payment; procedures to enforce payment; and whether there has been an improvement on tailbacks to the tunnel since the toll barriers were lifted. In response, Highways England provided the information requested.
