1. Overall Objective for the Qualification
The purpose of this qualification is to provide learners with continuous training for in-service use, as well as the opportunity to progress towards promotion to Leading Hand.
2. Pre-entry requirements
Learners who are taking this qualification must be a member of the Royal Navy Submarine Service.

This qualification is made up of 5 mandatory units.

5. Age restriction
This qualification is available to learners aged 18 years and over.
