The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the 18 permits issued under section 19 of the Transport Act 1985 with effect from 23:59 on 31 December 2019
• revoke the 14 permits issued under section 22 of the Transport Act 1985 with effect from 23:59 on 31 December 2019
• extend the revocation date if there is an application for a variation of the PSV operator’s licence, with suitable applications for additional authorisation
• give a formal warning in respect of the operator’s licence
• warn Susan Evans regarding compliance and advise her to attend a specialist 2 day transport manager course
