The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Muztrans Ltd.

Regulated facility type
The proposal is to Collect full mixed COSHH bins from sites (1000Ltr/600ltr) and return to depot once full. Once back at depot wastes will be separated by Hazard and same items put in UN rated Drums that a have sealed lids, in seperate bays in warehouse on fully impermeable and sealed drainage. The total COSHH Haz storing at any on time is 3.5t, and Non Haz 0.5t, for a maximum term of 2 weeks.
