- apply undertakings to any licence granted to M4 Freight Ltd, as detailed in the written decision
- grant the application for an operator’s licence made by M4 Freight Ltd, in part, for 5 vehicles and 12 trailers with effect from 24 April 2019
- consider an application to increase authorisation after receipt of an audit in 6 months
