  1. You will be unable to use this service on Saturday 16 March from 9am to 11pm.

  2. This service will be unavailable on 23 February 2019 from 9am to 11pm, information about this issue has been added.

  3. Service issue for Thursday 8 November 2018 from 6pm to 11pm has been added.

  4. Due to emergency work required on the Electronic Data Capture Service, submissions via the CFSP channel into CHIEF will be queued and will receive no response on Friday 31 August 2018 between 10am and 11am.

  5. Due to essential maintenance work the CFSP Channel will send no responses on Sunday 22 July 2018 from 8am to 8pm.

  6. Due to essential maintenance work submissions via the CFSP channel into Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight will send no responses on Sunday 20 May 2018 from 11am to 2pm.

  7. Planned downtime has been updated for maintenance work on the Electronic Data Capture Service on 13 August 2017.
