  1. Amended the title of the privacy notice. Also added in an extra bullet point to account for the processing of information provided by customers in an online form.

  4. The following sentence has been removed from section 6: We delete your customer record in full once the retention period for those activities ends. The reason for the change is to confirm that once it is established that a customer is no longer active, RPA deactivates their customer record.
