11. New frameworks and updates

*Public Sector Travel and Venue Solutions (PSTVS) RM6016, is live and replaced Vehicle Hire Services agreement RM1062.

*Education Technology RM6103 is a new framework to help schools, colleges and universities buy ICT equipment and services. It replaces ICT Services for Education RM1050.

11.1 Government Convergence Framework Update

We recently contacted all GCF users to confirm details of any core service ceases requested. Separate letters were also sent out asking users to confirm acceptance of their contracted costs for 2019/20.

The deadline for responses to this was Monday 9 September. Any outstanding confirmations are now needed urgently. Vodafone has billed users based on costs in contracts that expired in March 2019 but will issue credit notes to align with costs in the new CCS-Vodafone GCF contract upon its signature. This is now in its final stages of negotiation.
