Commission with the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER)

Martin Crouch sought the Committee’s advice on accepting a commission with the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators. The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the commission was sent in March 2019, and the commission was taken up the same month.

Commission with Energy Systems Catapult, working on the Energy Data Taskforce

Independent consultancy and commissions with Ofwat and Challenging ideas

Martin Crouch sought the Committee’s advice on establishing an independent consultancy and accepting commissions with Ofwat and Challenging ideas.

The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the commissions was sent in July 2018 and the commissions were taken up in August 2018.
