How many foreign-born, SIA-licence-holding criminals in the past 5 years have committed crimes of a sexual nature in the UK?
How many SIA licences have been issued to foreign-born migrants in the past 5 years (2020 to 2025)? I would like an annual breakdown please.

The SIA holds the information that you have requested.
Question 1
We have attached a CSV file showing the number of foreign-born individuals to have been granted an SIA licence in the past 5 years (between 2021 and 2025), broken down by calendar year.
Please note that the country in which a licence holder was born will not necessarily be the same as their nationality. There will also be some double counting in the CSV file, as it will include individuals who were granted multiple licences over the period in question.
Question 2
We have attached a CSV file which shows the number of foreign-born individuals who had criminality when they applied for their SIA licence, who subsequently had their licence revoked between 2022 and 2025 due to sexual offences or sexual behaviour.
The data only goes back to 2022 due to data capture and reporting limitations.
It is important to note that the criminality these individuals had when they applied for their licence will not necessarily have related to sexual offending. Also, the reason that these individuals had their licence revoked will not necessarily have been the result of a conviction or other disposal (i.e. it will not necessarily have been the result of a ‘crime’).
Question 3
We have attached a CSV file showing the number of SIA licences issued to foreign-born individuals between 2020 and 2025, broken down by calendar year.
Please note that the country in which a licence holder was born will not necessarily be the same as their nationality.
There will also be some double counting in the CSV file, as it will include individuals who were granted multiple licences over the period in question.
