Details

To make a litigator claim for Crown Court legal aid costs where the representation order predates the introduction of the Litigators Graduated Fee Scheme on 14 January 2008. It is also for claims in interlocutory appeals and appeals against terminatory rulings to the Court of Appeal.

Email the form and supporting papers to the Criminal Cases Unit at manchesterccu@justice.gov.uk within 3 months of the date of conclusion of the proceedings.
