According to the information held by the National Fraud Authority, up to February 2013 the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) have disseminated 17,861crimes.
This figure reflects the number of enforcement disseminations from the NFIB to police forces and law enforcement agencies for investigation and further action. It is not a reflection of the total number of disseminations completed by the NFIB, some of which may originate from intelligence sources other than specific crime reports.
