Create an organisation account on the Comply with UK REACH service

You’ll need to create a Government Gateway account to access the Comply with UK REACH service.

     'Change a related organisation’s details' section - 'contact the UK Chemicals helpline' replaced with 'contact the mailbox'

     Contact details for the UK REACH IT support mailbox have been added.

     Added 'create a Government Gateway account '. Updated the guidance to include instructions for local authorities, government departments and the armed forces selecting ‘sole trader’ when setting up a Defra account. Added that each team needs more than one Administrator, to prevent loss of access if an Administrator leaves the organisation.
