This notice is for anyone who has dealings with the Department of Business and Trade (DBT) concerning a financial product provided under the COVID-19 loan schemes.

     Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has been changed to Department for Business and Trade (DBT).

  2. 29 July 2021

     The Future Fund has been added to the list of coronavirus schemes covered by this privacy notice.

  3. 30 April 2021

     Clarified Bounce Back Loan Scheme requirement to report and publish information about individual aid exceeding €100,000, or exceeding €10,000 if the borrower operates in the agriculture or fisheries sectors.
