Site visit declaration form: educational access

Agreement holders with an educational access grant must submit a site visit declaration form for each visit to their site to make a claim.

Details

To get paid, you must submit a site visit declaration form with your claim for every site visit to your farm. At the end of the visit, make sure the group leader signs section B.

Use this form for claiming the following educational access grants:

  • ‘HN9’ in a Environmental Stewardship (Higher Level Stewardship) agreement
  • ‘ED1’ in a Countryside Stewardship agreement
  • ‘VED1’ in a Capital Grants agreement

Submit this form with your revenue or capital claim form to: ruralpayments@defra.gov.uk. Use the subject heading ‘Educational access claim evidence’.
