We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

Can you please provide details of all costs incurred by the National Fraud Authority for the development of the e-learning package “Fraud Awareness for Local Government - Doing the right thing” which is now offered to Local Authorities free of charge?

Please also include agreed/ proposed payment to Deloitte and any other third parties for the development and/ or promotion and distribution of this e-learning package.

We released the following information on 29 August 2012.

 

The National Fraud Authority (NFA) did not incur any costs for the development, promotion and distribution of the e-learning package in the form of payments to any third parties. This takes into account agreed and proposed payments to Deloitte & Touche and other third parties as specified in your request.

The NFA liaised with Deloitte & Touche on their development and distribution of the e-learning package in its support of Fighting Fraud Locally, the local government strategy to fight fraud.
