Financial assistance may be provided to core fuel sector participants for the purpose of maintaining or improving core fuel sector resilience or securing or maintaining the continuity of supply of core fuels. This guidance outlines:
- the exceptional circumstances that financial assistance may be provided to core fuel sector participants
- the process of providing financial assistance
- how the provision of financial assistance will be monitored
