Details
Safety critical repair works to sluices at Cookham Lock (see withdrawn closure notice) will continue with disruptions to navigation.
Repairs will continue during Lock and Weir Keeper hours. During this period, the lock will be open to navigation from 9am to 9:30am, 12pm to 1pm and 5pm to 5:30pm.
Outside of Lock and Weir Keeper hours, navigation will be available on public power. The lock chamber will be slow to fill when operating on public power and we are grateful for your patience whilst the works are ongoing.
This notice will be updated with further information as soon as possible to confirm when Cookham Lock will be fully operational.
