We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
The numbers of occasions on which approved Control and Restraint (C&R) techniques were used in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, to the latest date on detainees held in: Campsfield House, Colnbrook, Dover, Dungavel, Harmondsworth, Haslar, Lindholme, Oakington, Tinsley, Yarl’s Wood, IRC’s. Any Short Term Holdings Centres.’
