This report reviews the practices of European Union (EU) Member States in relation to the approach to regulating construction products.

It focuses on measures, in addition to the 2011 Construction Products Regulation (CPR) applied by individual Member States to ensure the safety of construction products sold in the EU.

Part of this report is made up of interviews with UK and EU-based stakeholders.
