Details

The Department for Education (DfE) has provided almost £470 million for the 2025 to 2026 CIF programme.

There were 4,124 academies, sixth-form colleges and voluntary-aided schools eligible to apply, of which 1,868 applied for 2,846 projects.

The programme has confirmed successful applications for 789 projects at 656 eligible educational establishments.

We have contacted all applicants to tell them the outcome of their application and set out next steps.

CIF 2025 to 2026: successful appeals

‘Condition Improvement Fund 2025 to 2026: successful appeals’ is the list of successful appeals for the 2025 to 2026 round. It:

  • provides funding of £4.8 million for 9 projects at academies, sixth-form colleges and voluntary aided schools
  • forms part of the almost £470 million for the 2025 to 2026 CIF programme

We have contacted all appeal applicants to inform them of the outcome of their appeal and set out next steps. This decision is final and there is no further stage in the appeals process. We are unable to consider any requests to review this decision.
