The British Embassy in Israel and British Consulate General in Jerusalem are accepting concept notes for our programme fund.
The main strategic themes of the fund are; democratic values and the rule of law, the rules-based international order and human rights for a stable world.
Concept notes will be accepted from civil society, commercial organisations, governments, think tanks, other UK government departments and international organisations. Please note that we are looking for small to medium-sized projects focused on 2017/18. There may be potential for multi-year funding.
We are interested in receiving applications from entities with operations in the OPTs or experience of working with Palestinian beneficiaries. We are seeking projects which work with Israeli and Palestinian stakeholders to effect change in one of the following areas;
- Protection of human rights of Palestinian minors in Israeli detention.
- Engaging with the Israeli authorities on improving Gaza movement and access.

Short-listed applicants will be asked to submit a larger proposal form. Because of the high expected volume of responses, the Embassy and the Consulate General will only be able to follow up with short-listed applicants.
