Apprentices and their providers must ensure all apprenticeship frameworks are completed by 31 March 2025.
The last date on which providers or apprentices can apply for certification by an issuing authority to certify frameworks is 31 March 2025. This includes all apprentices who are or have been on a break from learning.
The Department for Education (DfE) will not fund any framework programme or framework completion payments after that date.
New apprentices now start on standards, rather than frameworks.
