How many complaints have you had or investigated between January 2000 and May 2023 in regard to door supervision licence holders and security guard licence holders.

I can confirm that the SIA does not hold this information.
The SIA does not run a formal complaints scheme in respect of the conduct of licensed individuals or security businesses who operate in the private security industry. When the SIA receives a report of a crime or concern about a licensed operative or security company, we will treat that information as intelligence and it will be assessed by our intelligence team.
To assist you further with any queries, the SIA was established in 2003 so there is no information held by us in the years 2000 to 2003.
