These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.
The complaint is from a non-governmental organisation (NGO) stating that Cargill Cotton Limited did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.
London based solicitors Leigh Day & Co acted on behalf the NGO, European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), which is based in Berlin.
