Details

In August 2012, after a review and consultation, we introduced new community learning policy objectives. We set up Community Learning Trust (CLT) pilots to test different approaches to the planning and delivery of community learning.

This evaluation covers:

  • the set up of the trusts
  • partnership working
  • targeting disadvantaged people
  • involving local people
  • Pound Plus (income generation)
  • conclusions and lessons for the sector

If you are working for a community learning provider or partnership, involved with a voluntary organisation or working with disadvantaged groups, this report will help you deliver the new approaches to community learning.
