The framework underpins how High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd will manage the activity of its contractors and acts as a public expression of its commitment to high quality community engagement. The framework sits under the HS2 Ltd Community Engagement Strategy which is applicable for the whole of the HS2 project. It has been written in line with the Code of Construction Practice (CoCP).
