SURVEY INTRODUCTION
INTRO [Text] {Survey introduction}, ASK ALL, LA
Thank you for choosing to take part in the Community and Engagement Survey.
We are interested in hearing how you engage with your community and local area, from using facilities and taking part in volunteering and civic life, to enjoying arts, heritage, sport, and other activities. Your feedback will help us to understand what is important to people in their local area, and what involvement they have in different aspects of community life.
Please answer the questions as honestly as you can; we appreciate that some of these topics may be sensitive to you and therefore you will have the option to move on if you prefer not to answer.
Please be assured that all data we collect from you will be kept in strict confidence, and only used to produce anonymous, statistical research findings and insights. You will not be identifiable in any published results. This adheres to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct, Data Protection law, and the survey privacy notice, which you can find here.
The survey will take you around 30 minutes to complete. If at any point you wish to stop the survey and start again later, you will be able to do this up until the closing date. To stop the survey, simply close your internet browser. When you wish to resume, you can log back in with the same login details and pick up where you left off.
Please click the ‘Next’ button to start the survey.
