Details

This policy framework sets out the duties, rules, aims and objectives for staff who work in the probation Approved Premises system, as well as sentence management practitioners and staff in prison involved in preparing prisoners for release.

It also includes additional operational guidance contained within annexes to the policy statements.

It replaces Probation Instruction 32/2014.
