The UK Central Authority in the Home Office (the central authority for outgoing mutual legal assistance requests from England, Wales and Northern Ireland) has made 232 mutual legal assistance requests for telephone or internet data to the US Department of Justice over the requested period. This figure is from local management information and has not been quality assured to the level of published National Statistics. As such it should be treated as provisional and therefore subject to change.

None of these requests have been formally refused under Article 3 of the UK-US Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty.
