1. Chair’s welcome, members interests, minutes of last meeting
1. The Chair welcomed members. No new member interests were declared. The previous minutes of the formal meeting were agreed as final.
2. DESNZ update
2. The Committee received an update from DESNZ on recent developments and forthcoming work.
3. Warm Homes Plan / Fuel Poverty Strategy / Private Rented Sector Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (PRS MEES)
3. The Committee received updates on policy development and delivery across the Warm Homes Plan, Fuel Poverty Strategy and PRS MEES.
4. CFP research project 2025 to 2026
4. The Committee received the final report and key findings from the 2025/26 research project and discussed arrangements for publication.
5. CFP research project 2026 to 2027
5. The Committee received an update on the development of the 2026/27 research project scope, including potential areas of focus.
