1. Chair’s welcome, members interests, minutes of last meeting
1. The Chair welcomed members. No new member interests were declared. The previous minutes of the formal meeting were agreed as final.
2. CFP research project 2025 to 2026 and 2026 to 2027
2. The Committee discussed publication of the CFP Research Project 25/26 and received an update on the development of proposals for the 2026/27 research project.
3. DESNZ update
3. The Committee received an update from DESNZ on recent developments and forthcoming work, including relevant consultations.
4. Retrofit delivery landscape for fuel poor households in winter 2026 to 2027
4. The Committee discussed the availability of retrofit support for fuel-poor households and considered opportunities to strengthen support ahead of winter 2026/27.
5. CFP annual report
5. The Committee reviewed the draft annual report and discussed the key messages and recommendations.
6. AOB
6. The next formal meeting will be held on 27 July 2026.
