Agenda Item 1
Chair’s welcome
The Chair welcomed members. No new member interests were declared. The previous minutes of the formal meeting were agreed as final.
Agenda Item 2: CFP Research Project 24/25 - Report Presentation
Representatives from London Economics and DESNZ officials presented on progress on the Committee’s 24/25 Research Project. Discussions followed on the findings and outcomes of the report. The Committee considered the approach and structure for future research projects.
Agenda Item 3: Warm Homes Plan - Update
DESNZ provided an update on the Warm Homes Plan. The Committee agreed to have a further discussion at the next committee meeting on this topic due to time constraints.
Agenda Item 4: CFP response to ‘Improving the energy performance of privately rented homes’
The Committee agreed on the final draft of its response to the consultation on ‘Improving the energy performance of privately rented homes’.
Action: Secretariat to submit CFP’s consultation response by deadline on 2 May.
Agenda Item 5: AOB
The next formal meeting will be held on 19 May 2025.
